I provide cleaning services in the Greater Riverbend area in Edmonton, AB.

Do you provide all cleaning supplies?
​I supply all cleaning supplies EXCEPT a vacuum. Why? Vacuums used between homes can transport unwanted “guests” (as in bedbugs, fleas, and head lice) or pet dander and pet hair as vacuum cleaners cannot be 100% cleaned. But fear not, I will treat your vacuum as my own and my business is 100% insured against any damage to your home, including vacuum cleaners.

Am I limited to the supplies and cleaners you use?
If you have some favourite cleaners or tools, just let me know what you like and use and I will do my best to accommodate your request.
How often do you clean?
Cleaning can be done weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. You can also request a one-time cleaning. Bonus for clients who choose ongoing cleaning, no extra first-time cleaning charge!

If I choose ongoing cleaning services, am I locked in to a contract?
You can cancel your scheduled cleaning services with no obligation or added cost, provided you give 24hours notice.
I don't require cleaning this week/month, can I cancel a cleaning?
Yes. Particularly during a vacation, you may not need a cleaning. You may cancel a scheduled cleaning with at least 24hrs notice.
Can I reschedule a cleaning?
I will do my best to reschedule a cleaning providing I have availability. I try to keep some time during the week to accommodate changes.
What if I have an issues with the cleaning?
Please contact me to let me know how to provide the best service possible. I will correct the issue without any additional costs to you.
Can I request some one-time cleaning like Spring Cleaning (Deep Cleaning) services?
Yes. For those extra jobs, like cleaning inside the oven, cupboards, or fridge, just let me know at least 48 hours before your next cleaning (so I can accommodate for time and bring the necessary supplies). All added cleaning will be invoiced in addition to your regular cleaning after the work is completed.
How do I get a estimate?
You can contact me via email, text, or phone call so we can schedule a walk-through of your home at your convenience to discuss a cleaning. Please contact me for a free, no obligation custom quote. Your quote is determined by the size of your home and your individual needs. I don't use “one-size-fits-all” pricing, so you only pay for what you want.
How do I pay for my cleaning?
You can pay via bank e-transfer, PayPal, or good old cash or cheque. I can provide an invoice marked “paid in full” after the payment is received.
Can I adjust a cleaning package to get what I need?
If you want to change some of the services or items listed in the package, just let me know what you want and need.
How much will my cleaning cost?
Because the cleaning needs of every home is different, I will come to your home and provide a custom quote based on your needs and requests. Most homes cost $140 to $180 per clean on a regular bi-weekly schedule, a bit more for every four weeks. Factors that affect pricing are size of the home, number of bedrooms, whether a bathroom is a three or four piece bath, walk-in showers, lots of dusting vs very little, size of kitchen, etc. There is a minimum $100 per cleaning approximately two hours of cleaning.
Do I have to be home when you to come clean?
You are welcome to be at home while I clean, or I can take care of everything while you are at work. You can give me a key or garage code so I can come clean your home while you are away.
