Standard Cleaning Package

I offer cleaning services based on your specific needs, including recurring cleaning or one-time cleans.

Kitchen

Sweep/vacuum and wash hard flooring, wash cupboard exteriors, fridge exterior, stove top and oven exterior, microwave (interior and exterior), and counter-tops, clean and disinfect sinks and faucets, empty and wash waste container as needed (refuse bags provided by client), wipe kitchen table and chairs.

Bathroom

Clean and disinfect showers, mirrors, vanities, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, empty garbage and wash waste containers, sweep and wash floors (including behind toilet), dust/wipe surfaces, pictures, knickknacks.

Dry dusting

All knickknacks, electronics, shelves, furniture, baseboards, pictures, and lamps.

Floors

Vacuum carpet, sweep/vacuum and clean/wash hard flooring.

Deep Cleaning Package

I also offer deep clean services (also known as Spring Cleaning) for those heavier cleaning jobs.

Appliance Deep Clean

Deep clean stovetops and ovens to remove burnt-on food residue and grease. Deep clean spills and crumbs from fridge interior and wash fridge top.

Windows, Walls, & Doors

Wash walls, clean light switches wash doors, wash door frames, door handles, door and window casings, window tracks (weather permitting).

Upholstered Furniture

Vacuum upholstered furniture (including under cushions).

Cabinets & Drawers

Wash inside kitchen or bathroom cabinets and drawers.

Cleaning Packages can be modified to suite your specific cleaning needs.

Don't want the waste containers washed? We can remove that from your package. Need the couch vacuumed every clean? We can add that. Want your blinds dusted? Sure thing.

If it's not on the list, just ask! I will try to accommodate your request. These services can be a one time clean, or existing customers can add a little each time to your regular clean, or schedule a full Deep Clean. (Deep clean services billed at $50.00/hour).

Just let me know what you need during our estimate consultation, or in advance of your next clean. (All modifications will be adjusted in the package cost upon your approval).

Pest Infestation removal or post clean-up
Cleaning areas above the reach of a small step stool

Hoarding, high levels of trash/debris
Heavy scrubbing that would damage surfaces
Plumbing issues (blocked drains)
